Book Jacket Design

I chose to create a book jacket for a children's book. Ella and Tim's Pumpkin Patch Adventure is not on the market yet, but I plan to create the book in time. I have always been fascinated with illustrating a children's book and this project was my chance to start. The idea came to me after doing a little research. I thought having a purple elephant would add to a more playful feel that children's books have. All of the illustrations were done in watercolor and ink, and later edited in Adobe Photoshop. The text was added after in Adobe Illustrator along with the barcode to make the book jacket complete.
